Los Angeles, Oct 7 – The Los Angeles County Probation Department was honored at the 39th Annual LA County Quality and Productivity Awards Luncheon.
Out of 95 submissions, the department received a major award and several recognitions.
The department was honored with the Top Ten Award for our collaboration with Children and Family Services w/ CEO, Consumer and Business Affairs, Internal Services Department, Gita Murphy Consulting, and Strength-Based Community Change for Enrich: Building Futures, Breaking Barriers.
The department also received a Special Merit Award along with other County departments and community partners for System Navigation Services: Nimble and Responsive.
LACP was also proudly recognized for its collaboration with other County departments for “Eat Your Best: More Plants for Planetary Health,” “Youth Development,” and “BRIDGE: Family Engagement for Youth SUD Treatment.”
Representing the department were Communications Manager Waters, Director Campbell-Motton, Consultant Kwon, and Sr. Public Information Specialist Allen.
